Presenting outstretched and refined focusing performance, the Nikon AF-P NIKKOR 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6E ED VR is a telephoto zoom covering a portrait-length to telephoto range. One extra-low dispersion element is inbuilt in the optical design, which helps in reducing chromatic aberrations for improved clarity and color fidelity in the image. A Super Integrated Coating has been applied to the lens to achieve accurate colors by controlling flare and ghosting while working in bright and backlit conditions. An interesting feature of this lens is the AF-P designation, which specifies the use of a pulse stepping motor that produces quiet, fast, and precise autofocus performance to be helpful in both stills and video applications. Additionally included, Vibration Reduction image stabilization reduces up to 4.5 stops of camera shake for sharper handheld shooting.
